How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to reply within 24 hours for support issues, and within 48 hours for other inquiries. During busy periods, it might take a bit longer, but we'll always get back to you.
Do I need to be a student to contact you?
Not at all! While Qaruno is built for students, we welcome messages from teachers, parents, schools, and anyone interested in career guidance and education.
Can I suggest new features for Qaruno?
Absolutely! We love hearing your ideas. Send them to feedback@qaruno.com - many of our best features started as student suggestions.
What information should I include in my email?
Please include your name, the email you used to sign up (if applicable), and a clear description of what you need help with. Screenshots are super helpful for technical issues!
